Nenek ( grandma ) had been discharged from hospital yesterday afternoon .
she having coronary disease whcih only 10 percent were open for red blood cell which contain oxygen to pass through and 90 percent was block by fats at the lining of the arteries .
23 april she have to go singapore general hospital for an operation .

talking about grandmother , i remembered that my social study teacher ask my class to do about my granfmother . she ask us to copy down in fulscap and fill in the blank .
